Disko Stew’s origins began in Leeds’ vibrant House party scene, due to immense popularity this gem of a night has been plucked from Hyde Park’s murky basement and is now hosted in the charming settings of Hifi. Disko Stew is a great introduction to Disco, Funk and Soul for the beginners to the genre but due to its Strict Vinyl only policy, also provides a totally authentic Disco experience for all the fanatics!

After a triumphant set at Beacons Festival along with guest DJ spots at Wire, and The Faversham on Thursday the 13th of September, Disko Stew will be resuming its residency at Hifi Club  every Second Thursday of the Month, before setting sail for a Boat Party on the 28th of September.

Brining a little bit of 70’s Magic back to Hifi with its array of Music, from Afro Beats to Classic Disco, from House Disco to Funk, from Soul to Latino this will not only promise to be a unique night from every other in Leeds but also a fresh experience each month. Entry before 12 is £2 and after is 4, those dressed in full Disko gear will get free entry so flares and Platforms are a must!
