Glastonbury 2013 tickets went live on Sunday October the 7th. In the record time of an hour and forty, the tickets were sold out. Even though none of the music acts have been announced. Some of the rumoured acts are Fleetwood Mac , The Smiths and Radiohead however this is only virtual whispers as it stands.

It seems luck had to be on your side in order to get a ticket well that or many people trying to book you a ticket at the same time.

Ms Eavis tweeted: “Sorry to everyone who missed out and for any problems you had with the booking site.”  As the page simply kept crashing for many music loving fans, resulting in dissapointment and complaints.

A fan of the festival who didn’t manage to get tickets tweeted: ”still praying for a dreadful line-up and even worse weather..” and many similar messages have followed.

Of course people will be able to try again in April and to those who didn’t get a ticket good luck for next time!
